Effective Date: [27 June 2025]

Welcome to the official website of Ahmed Hospitality Tourism (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our site and our services as a medical tourism facilitator in India. Please read them carefully.

It is mandatory to read and state that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

These Terms and Conditions from Ahmed Hospitality Tourism set out the contractual terms and conditions in relation to the services provided to you by Ahmed Hospitality Tourism.

By enquiring or booking through Ahmed Hospitality Tourism, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

If any information provided by or on behalf of Ahmed Hospitality Tourism is inconsistent with these terms and conditions, then you agree that these terms and conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

“You” in the below-listed terms refers to the patient directly or their relative or friend or anyone making the booking or payment on their behalf or accompanying the patient during their medical treatment to India.

1. Scope of Services

Ahmed Hospitality Tourism acts as a facilitator and coordinator for medical and healthcare services in India. We are not a medical provider, hospital, or clinic. Our role is to guide, arrange, and assist international patients in accessing medical services at reputed Indian hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers.

We do not provide any treatment ourselves. All medical decisions, treatment options, and clinical responsibilities lie with the healthcare providers and institutions.

2. Patient Responsibility

Patients must ensure they provide accurate and complete medical history, reports, prescriptions, and relevant documents. Misrepresentation or omission of medical information may result in inaccurate treatment planning and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such omissions.

It is the patient’s responsibility to follow all medical advice and pre/post-treatment care provided by the hospital or doctor.

3. Hospital and Doctor Selection

While we only recommend accredited hospitals and licensed medical professionals, the final selection of hospital and doctor is made by the patient. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or success of any treatment or procedure.

Ahmed Hospitality Tourism is not liable for any complications, negligence, or dissatisfaction related to treatment outcomes as those are under the purview of the treating medical professionals and hospitals.

4. Pricing and Payment

All cost estimates provided by us are based on the preliminary medical reports and are subject to change after in-person consultation and diagnostics in India. We offer transparent quotations and coordinate billing, but payments are made directly to the healthcare provider unless otherwise specified.

Facilitation charges (if applicable) will be shared clearly and invoiced separately. We do not accept responsibility for hidden charges by third parties.

5. Medical Visa and Travel

Ahmed Hospitality Tourism provides assistance for medical visa documentation, but the issuance of visa is the sole discretion of the Indian government. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional embassy requirements.

Travel arrangements, including flights and local transport, will be coordinated to the best of our ability. Any travel-related issues are beyond our control, and we shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or missed appointments due to such disruptions.

6. Confidentiality & Records

We ensure complete confidentiality and security of patient data shared with us. However, by using our services, patients consent to us sharing relevant information with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and travel partners as needed to deliver effective service.

7. Cancellation and Refund

Refunds (if any) will be governed by the policy of the concerned hospital or service provider. If any amount is prepaid to us for facilitation, and the patient cancels the plan before any work begins, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

There is no refund for services already rendered (e.g., bookings made, airport pickup arranged, translation services used, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

Ahmed Hospitality Tourism shall not be held liable for:

  • Any treatment complications or dissatisfaction

  • Medical malpractice or negligence by hospitals/doctors

  • Losses due to travel delays, visa issues, or missed appointments

  • Miscommunication between patient and medical staff

Our role is limited to facilitating medical tourism and we act in good faith, ensuring the best experience within our control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of any such changes.

Ahmed Hospitality Tourism is registered in India to:

All surgical procedures carry potential risks and outcomes may vary. Ahmed Hospitality Tourism makes no guarantees regarding aesthetic or medical results.

12. Reservations and Payments

Upon agreement of dates and medical services:

  • You must pay in full for accommodation, flights/tours, and a non-refundable administrative fee to secure surgical bookings.

  • Deposits can be paid via bank transfer and are adjusted against the cost estimate.

  • Remaining balances are paid directly to the hospital or surgeon during pre-operative consultation, using valid card, traveller’s cheque, or cash.

Confirmed bookings not fulfilled may incur cancellation charges based on the third-party provider’s policy.

All advance payments for surgical bookings are non-refundable.

It is advised you ask all questions and fully understand the risks and potential outcomes of the procedure prior to giving consent.

14. Cancellation of Services

Before Arrival in India

If you cancel after making a deposit:

  • The amount may be held as credit for 6 months (non-interest bearing)

  • You may transfer payment to another patient, subject to a new quotation and medical consultation

After Arrival in India

If surgery is not performed due to medical or personal reasons, the deposit will not be refunded. Any third-party bookings (accommodation, services) are subject to their own cancellation policies.

15. Tours / Travel Post Surgery

Recovery timelines vary. Any pre-booked tours may need to be adjusted or cancelled based on your actual recovery. It is advised to buy travel insurance to avoid loss of non-refundable tour costs.

Ahmed Hospitality Tourism will not be liable for changes to return tickets or itinerary disruptions caused by medical needs.

16. Variation in Booking

Changes to travel dates may incur third-party surcharges.
Deposits towards surgical procedures may be held as credit (valid for 6 months). A new estimate will be provided at the time of revised travel.

17. Insurance

Ahmed Hospitality Tourism does not include insurance in the price quoted.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, delays, cancellations, and emergencies.

Some policies may exclude coverage related to elective surgeries.

Ahmed Hospitality Tourism does not offer insurance advice and takes no responsibility for insurance-related issues.

18. Limitation of Responsibility and Liability

Ahmed Hospitality Tourism acts only as a facilitator and coordinator.

All medical consultations, treatments, surgeries, accommodations, and tours are provided by independent third parties. Ahmed Hospitality Tourism is not the provider of any of these services and assumes no liability for their outcomes.

We do our best to refer you to reputable service providers. However:

  • We do not warrant or guarantee the quality or suitability of third-party services

  • You are subject to the third party’s own terms and limitations (e.g., airlines, hospitals, hotels)

Neither Ahmed Hospitality Tourism nor its staff are qualified to provide medical advice. You accept that any discussions or guidance from us are non-medical in nature.

Ahmed Hospitality Tourism is not liable for any issues arising from:

  • The acts or omissions of third-party service providers

  • Events outside our control (natural disasters, political unrest, transport issues, etc.)

  • Personal dissatisfaction with results or outcomes

Any part of this agreement deemed unenforceable in one jurisdiction will not affect its enforceability in others.
